Front Desk Admin/PTA Job Posting
Looking for a Front desk Admin/Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) to join newly opening Physiotherapy clinic from January 2026 in Town of Morinville (20 min drive from north of Edmonton/ must have valid driving license and own car for transportation)
Requirements:
• Compassionate, energetic, positive mindset and motivated person to join our multidisciplinary clinic team!
• ⁠MUST HAVE Jane software experience of 2 years or more in physio/ Medical clinic and must know Alberta WCB, MVA, EHC billing with excellent English communication skills.
•Problem solver, strong attention to details, well organized with desk job
•Client Appointment bookings, communicating with patients and other care providers and insurances on behalf of clinic.
•Tracking expenses and revenues, bills, transactions, invoices, third party payment tracking, and deposits, Fax and making phone calls
•Greeting and facilitating clients, to in - clinic therapeutic care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with computer skills.
• Experience with customer service, marketing, and business development: minimum 2 years
•Willing to participate in learning therapeutic exercises to assist clients.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or similar education required
This is 6 months CONTRACT position - permanent position may be offered.

Pay – $15 – $16 per hour
